About
I'm a Qatari professional with a diverse background spanning corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, and public-sector engagement. Shaped by years of international education in the United States, I've built a career at the intersection of business, sport, and community development — grounded in clear communication, disciplined execution, and a strong commitment to long-term value creation.
As the first Qatari to compete at the NCAA Division I level, I've carried that competitive mindset into everything I do — from founding Abuissa Sports to advising on strategy at EY and representing Qatar as a FIBA Foundation Youth Leader.

Leadership
My approach to leadership is rooted in accountability, clear communication, and a long-term view of impact. Whether building a business, developing athletes, or delivering community programs, I lead with the belief that sustained effort and genuine relationships create the most durable outcomes.
I've had the opportunity to lead organizations, represent Qatar on international platforms, and work directly with young people across diverse backgrounds — and each experience has reinforced that leadership is less about position and more about consistent, purposeful action.
